This policy outlines the return and refund conditions applied to purchases made on our online shop for the product The Sardinian Minestrone.

1. Food Products – Right of Withdrawal

According to current regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products that may deteriorate or expire quickly, or that cannot be returned once opened for hygiene or safety reasons.

Therefore, products cannot be returned once delivered, unless they are defective, damaged, or do not match the order placed.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or shows any irregularity:

  • include clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the outer shipping box
  • provide your order number and a brief description of the issue

After verification, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • full refund
  • replacement product at no additional cost
  • store credit of equal value

3. Incorrect Orders or Missing Items

If the package you received does not match your order or if any items are missing:

  • notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • we will send the correct item free of charge or issue a refund or store credit.

4. Delivery Delays or Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or external factors (strikes, weather conditions, holidays). However, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

If your package is confirmed lost, we will file a claim with the courier. Once the loss is confirmed, you will receive either a full refund or a new shipment.

6. Refund Processing
